How To Schedule An Existing Report
If you already have a report created in Mission Control, there's now a tool available in Reporting module that helps you schedule the delivery of that report on a specific date to a designated group of people. This new feature simplifies report distribution. We invite you to follow the steps below to set it up and start using it:
- Select Reporting in Reports Management in the Navigation Menu in Mission Control
- List of Created Reports:
You’ll see a list of the reports you’ve created, making it easy to select the one you want to schedule. - Select the Report:
In the "Save Report" step, the system will provide the option to share the report.
When you select the file you want to share and set a delivery frequency, you must first choose the "Share" option. - Schedule a Report:
In this step, you need to set the delivery frequency and specify if there is an end date for the delivery. - Choose a destination group:
To select the recipient, you must first create the group so that it appears as an option for sending.
When there are no predefined recipients for sharing, the "Schedule Report To" button will be unavailable, and only the "Save Report" option will be active.
⚠️Important note: For security reasons, you must be logged into Mission Control to open the report after downloading it from your email.
