How to Submit a Support Ticket Based on Request Type

Support issues can be bucketed into one of the following categories:

  1. Bug: A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of a product. Bugs could be classified as follows:
  2. Support: you can choose this option if you need assistance with troubleshooting any issues or if you need help with system configurations, etc. Please expect to get support within 24 hours during LM normal business hours.
  3. New Feature: could be anything that will help to make the product, service or user experience better. Note: change requests will be responded within 5 working days.

Instructions

In order to submit a support ticket, please follow these steps:

You can search our knowledgebase in https://knowledgebase.launchmobility.com to get related articles about the issue or concern that you are looking for help- or Go to https://support.launchmobility.com/tickets (please ensure you are logged in using the credentials previously provided to you).

Then, select the Category or Ticket Type that we can help you with.


Please provide a detailed summary and description of your issue in the designated fields. Whenever possible, include relevant information and attach supporting screenshots using the File Upload option (click “Choose Files” to add your files). Once all required fields are complete, select the “Submit” button.
