Invite driver from MC

The Invitation Flow can be enabled based on the business type and the organization’s needs. With this flow, only users who are invited through Mission Control will receive an email invitation, allowing them to begin the registration process in the mobile application

For Admins (Inviting a User):

  1. Log into Mission Control: Ensure you are signed in as an admin.
  2. Go to the Operations section from the service view, and select Customers .

  3. Click the "Invite User" button.

  4. Fill Out the Invitation Form: Enter the required details:

    • User Group (required)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email (required)
  5. Click "Send Invite" to send the email invitation.

For Drivers (Accepting the Invitation & Registering):

  1. The invited user will receive an email with an invitation to register.
  2. Install the mobile application on your device.
  3. Start the Sign-Up Process:
    • Open the app and enter the email address where the invitation was sent.
    • Tap "Next" to proceed to the Sign-Up screen.
  4.  The invited driver can now continue and finish the full registration process.
