Strengthening Security: Updated Password Requirements

We’re making it easier for you to keep your account secure! To enhance security and compliance, we’ve updated password requirements for admin users in Mission Control.

What’s Changing?

Starting now, all admin users must create passwords that meet these criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Includes one uppercase letter
  • Includes one number
  • Includes one special character (e.g., @, #, $)

Why the Change?

Security is our top priority. To further protect your account and comply with SOC 2 security standards, we’ve extended these requirements to drivers using the mobile app as well. This helps safeguard all user roles against security threats like unauthorized access and credential-related attacks.

Who Does This Affect?

This update applies to all Enterprise/Customer Clients using our platform. Users will be prompted to update their passwords the next time they log in, ensuring a seamless transition to the new security standards.
