  • Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.

  • Enter your email address associated with your account and click on the "Reset My Password" button.

  • Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Launch Mobility, open the email and click on the password reset link provided.

  • Enter your new password and confirm it, then click on the "Reset Password" button.

You should receive a confirmation message that your password has been successfully reset.
