Step-by-Step: Reset a user's password within Mission Control

Follow these simple steps in Mission Control to send a password reset email to a customer:

  1. Log in to your Mission Control account.

  2. In the main menu, go to the Navigation Menu and select the Customers option. This will display a list of all your customers.

  3. From the customer list, click on the customer's ID number for whom you want to reset the password. This will take you to their detailed customer profile screen.

  4. On the customer details screen, locate the "Customer Information" widget. In the top-right corner of this widget, click the three-dot icon (•••).

  5. A dropdown menu will appear. Select the "Send Password Reset Link" option.

  6. The system will process your request. The customer will then receive an email at their registered address containing a secure link to reset their password.

Once the customer receives the email, they can follow the instructions to set a new password and regain access to their account.
