The Essential Guide to Report Categories: FLOWS

When you select FLOWS as your report type, you gain access to an extensive range of data paths, including information about the flows themselves, individual steps, user data, and specific requirements/qualifications.

Data Path Column Description
CATEGORICAL > Flow Flow ID The unique identifier for the specific flow.
  Flow Slug A unique, user-friendly text identifier for the flow (e.g., onboarding_new_driver).
  Flow Source Type The type of activity or event that triggered the flow.
  Flow created time The date and time the flow was first started by the user.
  Flow modified time The date and time of the last modification or update to the flow's status.
CATEGORICAL > Step Step ID The unique identifier for a specific step within a flow.
  Step Label The human-readable name or label for the step (e.g., "Upload Driver's License").
  Step Status The current status of the step (e.g., completed, pending, skipped).
  Step Flow ID The ID of the parent flow this step belongs to.
CATEGORICAL > User User Email The primary email address of the user who completed the step/flow.
  User Mobile Phone The mobile number of the user.
  User first Name The user's first name.
  User Last name The user's last name.
  User Middle name The user's middle name (if provided).
CATEGORICAL > Requirements Requirements Id The unique ID of the specific requirement (e.g., a document upload or question).
  Requirements Configuration Id The ID linking to the original setup of the requirement.
  Requirements Started Time The time the user began working on the requirement.
  Requirements Completed Time The time the user successfully completed the requirement.
  Requirements Status The current status of the requirement (e.g., approved, rejected, submitted).
  Requirements details Detailed information about the requirement configuration.
  Requirements Answers The user-submitted data for the requirement (e.g., text, selection, image URL).
  Requirements Label The name or question asked in the requirement (e.g., "Select Cost Center").
  Requirements message Any associated message or instruction for the requirement.
CATEGORICAL > Qualifications Qualifications ID The unique identifier for the overall qualification record.
  Qualifications created time The time the qualification record was created.
  Qualifications modified time The time the qualification record was last updated.
  Qualifications Label The name of the qualification (e.g., "Full License Check").
  Qualifications Status The overall status of the qualification (e.g., qualified, disqualified).
  Qualifications Source Type The origin of the qualification data.
  Qualifications Source ID The ID of the source record (e.g., the Reservation ID).
  Qualifications Version The version number of the qualification configuration used.

These options allow you to count records, providing valuable summary metrics for your report.

AGGREGATE > Flow Flow Count The total number of flows recorded based on your report filters.
AGGREGATE > Step Step Count The total number of steps recorded based on your report filters.
AGGREGATE > Requirements Requirements Count The total number of requirements recorded based on your report filters.
AGGREGATE > Qualifications Qualifications Count The total number of qualification records recorded.
  Qualifications Unique Count The number of unique qualification records recorded (eliminating duplicates).
