Editing Your Maintenance Buffer

Making edits to your current buffer can be quite simple. From the left navigation menu, click on the "Reservation Rulesets" tab and select the Reservation Type you're looking to edit.

At the next screen, you will be able to view the current buffer calculations. You can quickly edit or discard these details by clicking on the pencil icon to edit or the trash can icon to delete the buffer.

When editing the buffer, click the pencil icon and the buffer details will appear in a small pop-up window. This screen will allow you to update the reservation length, the type and the time range for setting Technician Reservations.

Once completed, click the "Save" button to save your changes.

Changing the Reservation Type Order

At times, you may need to adjust the order in which the app render the reservation type. You can quickly make this adjustment by changing the App Order.

From the left navigation menu, select the Reservation Rulesets tab. At the next screen, click on the pencil icon for the Ruleset Name that you would would like to adjust the app order for.

Under the Ruleset Details, you can enter in the view order for this particular ruleset. Once complete, click the "Save" button at the top-right of the screen.

Duplicating Your Reservation Type and Buffer

Save time when creating reservation types by using the Duplicate feature. If you have reservation types that are similar but not exactly identical, clone the reservation type and make necessary edits without rebuilding the entire reservation type again.

From the left navigation menu, select the Reservation Rulesets tab. At the next screen, click on the Ruleset Name you want to duplicate.

At the next screen, you can view the current details for that reservation type, the Maintenance Buffer and all details for Customer, Technicians and Payments. At the top-right of the screen, click the "Duplicate" button to clone the details of your reservation type including the maintenance buffer calculations.

The next screen will prompt you to either edit or review existing information, allowing you to keep the details you want to duplicate or remove the details you no longer need for your new reservation type or maintenance buffer.

Once all edits have been made, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
