Customer Portal Update – Transition to :

We’re excited to announce that we’re transitioning our Customer Portal to HubSpot to provide you with a more streamlined, responsive, and user-friendly experience.

What you’ll need to know:

• You will receive an email to set up new login credentials
• JIRA tickets will remain in JIRA for the next 30 days
• Any open tickets thereafter will need to be resubmitted in our new Customer Portal

You will also receive an email from our team on how to set up and use our new customer portal.
